I have been caring for children for 13 years. I started my journey while attending college at Fairleigh Dickinson University. During the summer I worked at a very large facility in Monmouth County that caters to special needs children of all ages. I stayed with this company throughout college and after graduating I took a full time position teaching pre-school aged students with special needs and continued nurturing the children there for eight years. I then moved on to a more personal setting working in a smaller private not-for-profit school in South Jersey. I enjoyed the smaller environment and the better connections with the kids as a lead teacher for the preschool age (3/4) room for three years! After leaving that center because I was blessed with my third and fourth child (yes Twins!), I returned to the workplace to work in a Headstart position in Monmouth County. I received my NJ state teaching certificate for K-5 which allowed me to teach in any district. I worked days at the school teaching pre-school aged children for two years.
Caring for children has been a huge part of my life, and I love the closeness of being able to work with children in my home. Caring for them has been a passion of mine since as far back as I can remember. I have created a home care environment that incorporates teaching into having fun with your child. I molded all the skills I learned from my vast experience and added the personal touch you can only get in an at home daycare! My family Ty (My Husband), Vashon (Oldest son), Yaciere (My Baby Boy), Saniyah & Janiyah (The Twin Girls), and I welcome your family to become part of ours, so join us on Cloud Nine!

We will give your child an experience like no other incorporating fun into everyday learning. Using educational tools like the my baby can read early learning system, and school assisted learning with tools of the mind. We will not only care for your child we will help prepare them for whatever step comes next in their lives. All while providing you with a realible service that will make your time away from your child as comfortable as possible!
We belive that a strong family relationship is the backbone to a happy secure child. So, it is only natural that the staff, here at Care on Cloud Nine, are family. The roster is myself, my husband Ty, and my summer time help, my two boys, Vashon and Yaciere.
We also believe children learn through play and song, and appreciate a well established routine. Our goal is to provide a safe, happy and healthy environment, where children can grow physically, emotionally, and socially at their own pace.
